We collect data on the following legal bases: (a) your consent, given when you submit our enquiry form or accept cookies; (b) the performance of a contract, when you enrol in a course; (c) our legitimate interests, such as improving our website and responding to general enquiries.
We retain contact and enquiry data for 24 months from last interaction. Course-related data (submissions, feedback) is retained for 36 months after course completion. Technical/analytics data is retained for 13 months.
